What is your term of payment?
30% before production, and balance before shipment. After we finish the production, we can send you pictures of the products and package for your checking!
How long is the lead time?
Around 45-50 days after we receive the prepayment.
Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if you need, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.We will refund the sample fee when you place an order.

Which shipping way will you use for the products?
1) If you have shipping agent in China,We do Exw Price,We handed goods to your agent on my factory.
2)If you dont have shipping agent in China,We can do FOB/CIF /CRF Price,We will arrange the contianer for you.
3)Bulk Orders normally ship by Sea,Also can be negotiable if small quanity order..
Can I have a sample order?
Yes, it is available to check quality first. Mixed samples are also acceptable.
How long can I get some samples for checking and what about the price?
Normally samples will be done within 7-10 days .The sample cost depends on all information (size, material, etc.). We will return the sample cost if your order quantity is good.
How to ensure the quality?
We produce as per the confirmed technology or drawings for each order for our customers. And our factory has a strict quality control system. We inspect goods during production according to a certain frequency and we also perform the final inspection before the goods are packed.

Can I ask for compensation if defective sofa found?
We promise replace if discrepancy as long as you send photos. Our quality control staff inspects all sofa bed during the manufacturing process to ensure they pass our quality standards. Any faulty product resulting from problems during the production process will be replaced. In the event you receive any item from us which is faulty, incorrect or damaged, please contact us and send us your pictures as soon as possible. We will endeavor to understand the cause and offer a solution.
